Cook Indomie Mi Goreng according to packet instructions
Mix the beaten egg with the noodles and make sure all the noodles are well coated
Pour the noodles on an 8 x 8 aluminum foils, flatten and shape it into a tight, even layer
Wrap it light with the foil and freeze for 40 minutes to an hour
When it’s semi-frozen, take it out and cut into fry shapes
Deep fry until golden in colour
Serve with your favourite dip or sauce
